Of course! Our freshdesk themes support multiple languages in the Freshdesk Portal.

The default configuration of Freshdesk is in the English language. You can switch your Freshdesk to a different default language by modifying your account settings.

Moreover, you can use multiple languages in the Self Service Portal.
